Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a Massage Therapy Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of massage professionals at The Institute of Beauty and Wellness.

Job Functions
- Teach core curriculum including Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, & Body Work Theory
- Coach and provide feedback to further growth and development
- Prepare students for state license exams
- Inspire professionalism and strong work ethic as is required in the service industry
- Implement company systems and standards
- Learn Aveda products and services and then train students to the products and protocols
Job Skills, Education and Experience
- State of Wisconsin Massage Therapy license
- 2 years of experience as a practicing professional and experience in a health-related field OR 2 years of post-secondary education / training
- Teaching, training or leadership experience
- Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
