Overview

We are hiring an SAP Data Migration Lead in Bismarck, ND (Hybrid), USA. Title : SAP Data Migration Lead. Location : Weekly or bi-weekly travel to Bismarck, ND – Hybrid. Duration : Contract 6 months with potential extension. Pay Rate : $60 / hr – $70 / hr on W2 All Inclusive Danta Technologies payroll. Client : Energy / Utilities Industry.

Summary

The client is looking for a highly experienced Data Migration Specialist / Lead with deep expertise in migrating legacy data into SAP environments, specifically SAP S / 4HANA and related SAP modules like SuccessFactors and Ariba. The focus is on hands-on, technical execution and leadership of complex data migration projects, including strategy, execution, and team mentoring, using the Syniti data migration tool.

• A senior-level professional with 15 years of experience in data migration, especially for SAP implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Syniti data migration tool.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end data migration projects (planning, execution, testing, go-live, and support).
• Expertise in migrating HR data to SuccessFactors and other SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD).
• Deep knowledge of data migration methodologies and ETL processes.
• Strong skills in SQL, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and guide junior members.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to travel weekly or biweekly to Bismarck, ND.

Must-have : Hands-on experience with a data migration tool—Syniti.
