As the Installation Manager , you will be responsible for supervising all installation jobs from start to finish. This includes managing the install and parts teams, controlling costs, ensuring safety and quality, and keeping callbacks to a minimum—all while delivering the exceptional customer experience our company is known for.
What You'll Do (Duties / Responsibilities) :
- Oversee all residential installation jobs (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
- Lead, coach, and develop installation technicians and parts expeditor.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged, equipped, and completed on time and within budget.
- Set daily expectations with install teams; review proposals, materials, and tools before each job.
- Maintain high standards for safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and complete quality control checklists.
- Collaborate with sales and coordination teams to prepare jobs and resolve issues quickly.
- Track labor and material costs to meet company financial goals.
- Maintain callbacks below 4% through proactive quality control.
Requirements
Who You Are (Skills / Requirements) :
Proven leadership & technical hands-on field experience in either HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules effectively.Excellent communication and coaching skills.A proactive, hands-on manager who can follow through before, during, and after each job.Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Benefits
