Talent Acquisition Manager
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of campus recruiting and our firm-wide internship program. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional early talent experience and building strong pipelines of future leaders. You'll own the full lifecycle of our campus recruiting effortsfrom employer branding and university partnerships to intern engagement and conversionwhile managing a small, high-performing team and collaborating across the organization to ensure alignment on our early talent strategy.
Internship Program Management
- Design, execute, and continuously enhance the firm's internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience
- Coordinate program logistics, onboarding, events, and professional development activities
Intern Experience & Engagement
Develop and execute intern engagement strategies to strengthen connection, learning, and belonging throughout the programPartner with business leaders to ensure meaningful intern projects, mentorship, and performance feedbackIntern Conversion Strategy
Create and manage an intern-to-full-time conversion process that maximizes retention of high-performing talentLeverage feedback and data to refine program effectiveness and conversion rates year over yearCampus Recruiting Leadership
Oversee all campus recruiting activities across targeted universities and student organizationsManage and coach a team of 2 recruiters and 1 coordinator, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution of strategyRepresent the firm at key recruiting events, maintaining strong relationships with campus partners and student organizationsStrategy & Analytics
Own all campus recruiting and internship program analytics and reporting (pipeline health, conversion metrics, ROI, etc.)Use data to identify trends, make recommendations, and inform continuous improvementBuild dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders and leadership teamsAssist TA Director as needed with additional TA-wide analyticsStakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with key internal TA stakeholders to ensure alignment on early talent goals and workforce planningAct as a trusted advisor to internal teams, sharing insights on market trends, campus engagement best practices, and competitive intelligenceWho You Are
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on campus or early career recruitingProven experience leading a recruiting team and managing internship programsStrong data orientationcomfortable using metrics to drive decisions and tell storiesExceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsPassion for developing early career talent and creating meaningful candidate experiencesExperience in improving processes, executing change, and overcoming challengesHave advanced knowledge and experience of ATS tools, preferred WorkdayAbility to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting processLocation : Akron, Cleveland, or Youngstown OH; Baltimore, MD; Buffalo or New York, NY; Detroit or St. Clair Shores, MI; Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO
