Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for accounting activities that support the Corporate Accounting group. The role encompasses a variety of accounting tasks including account analyses and reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and preparation of schedules for internal and external auditors. Additionally, the position involves various functional accounting-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare account reconciliations and analyze variances
• Maintain financial controls and meet quality standards
• Work with teams across FP&A, Asset Planning, Sourcing, and Tax
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations
• Help document and test SOX controls for the Accounts Payable process
• Partner with Genpact to complete close activities and deliver reliable services

Work Environment

The position offers remote work, preferably with proximity to Tampa. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
