As our Director of Commercial Strategy, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to be the strategic engine behind our company’s growth. This role will translate Maiden Home’s growth goals into actionable commercial plans across Sales, Retail, and Product teams. You will partner closely with our cross-functional leaders in Sales, Retail and Product to optimize performance and unlock new opportunities in our rapidly scaling business. An ideal candidate will be a natural leader that builds strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional partners and has a knack for prioritizing what will impact results.
