Sterile Processing Tech | Iredell Ambulatory Surgery Center | PRN

The Sterile Processing Technician will maintain consistent and continuous workflow between the OR and Sterile Processing and is responsible for assisting the director in meeting all regulatory requirements for the department. Will be responsible for the decontamination, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices. Primary location will be the Mooresville ASC; however, occasional assistance in the Iredell Memorial Hospital OR and Iredell ASC in Statesville will / may be required.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Surgical Tech or SPD tech with CRCST or CBSPD certification.
• Minimum of 5 years sterile processing experience
