We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities. Your efforts will help expand Glassboard's client base and solidify our position as a leading partner in hardware product development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within hardware, engineering, or product development sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Understanding of product development processes or a technical background is a plus but not required.
