As a Pre-Sales Channel Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical leader for partner ecosystems, enabling resellers, MSSPs, and alliances to confidently position and deliver advanced cybersecurity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing architecture guidance, technical demonstrations, and hands-on enablement to accelerate partner-led opportunities. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will translate complex technical capabilities into business value, ensuring partners can drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role offers a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with opportunities to influence product strategy, share thought leadership, and stay at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. You will play a key role in shaping the partner experience while scaling the impact of solutions across diverse organizations.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for channel partners, providing architecture guidance, product demos, and enablement sessions.
- Drive partner technical adoption through workshops, trainings, and joint engagements.
- Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to develop and accelerate partner-led opportunities across the sales cycle.
- Deliver tailored proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and partner-facing presentations.
- Support partner onboarding, certification programs, and independent solution deployment.
- Maintain strong technical relationships with partner engineers and leads to foster loyalty and knowledge sharing.
- Gather partner feedback to inform product development and feature prioritization.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with partner needs.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
- Stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends, ransomware defense strategies, and competitive solutions.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity-focused solutions architecture or technical pre-sales roles.Experience supporting channel or partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, distributors, or alliances).Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including endpoint protection, incident response, threat intelligence, and ransomware defense.Strong technical knowledge of modern security platforms and integrations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.Business development mindset with the ability to connect technical capabilities to partner revenue growth.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner events, trainings, and joint initiatives.Preferred :
Experience in pre-sales enablement or technical evangelism for cybersecurity products.Familiarity with partner program structures, incentives, and certification frameworks.Experience with APIs, scripting, and data integrations (Python, PowerShell, etc.).Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CEH, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, or similar).Benefits
