Pay Rate : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements

• 2 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Basic networking (LAN / WAN)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may require occasional on-site hardware support)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document issues clearly and follow internal IT processes
• Strong customer service mindset
• Open to feedback and growth – you're coachable and always learning
