Finance Manager

We're partnering with a growing, Private Equity–backed company seeking a hands-on Contract Finance Manager to support the CFO in building advanced financial models and driving key reporting initiatives.

This is an immediate opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating structure from the ground up.

What You'll Do :

• Partner directly with the CFO to build and refine financial models for P / E reporting and strategic decision-making
• Develop and enhance 3-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and debt financing models
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights that drive growth and efficiency
• Leverage Excel, Power BI, and SQL to design and automate dynamic reporting tools
• Work independently to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights on tight timelines
