Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Project Manager / Salesperson to join our team. This role requires someone who is ready to hit the ground running—actively seeking out new customers, managing projects, and delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish. This is not a sit-and-wait-for-leads role—we're looking for a go-getter who thrives in the field and is passionate about growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively market and promote the company by :
• Handing out business cards and flyers
• Networking in-person and online
• Visiting potential job sites to generate leads
• Drive to job sites and customer locations regularly
• Create and deliver accurate, on-time estimates
• Manage projects from initial contact through to completion
• Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team environment
• Track and report progress, sales activity, and project timelines
