We’re Hiring a Floating Customer Representative to work between our two Lawrence, KS locations!

As a Floating Customer Representative , you'll work across both store locations, providing excellent service, processing loans, handling transactions, and supporting collections. This flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships with customers and team members alike.

⏰ Hours of Operation :

Monday – Friday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Rotating Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Closed Sundays!

Full-time position with weekly pay

Paid on-site training

✅ Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to work full-time with rotating Saturdays

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer and data entry skills

Minimum 2 years customer service experience

Collections experience preferred

Background, credit, and drug screening required

Deliver superior customer service

Loan processing and cash handling

Make collection calls

Support store operations across both locations as a Floating Customer Representative
