The SBA Lender is responsible for generating new loan opportunities, with a  focus on outbound sales by prospecting new clients, developing, and deepening existing relationships and leveraging relationships with centers for influence in the community to grow the bank's loan and deposit portfolio. Salary commensurate with experience $125,000-$185,000

Essential Job Function :

• Portfolio growth and management - Use their credit expertise to evaluate loan opportunities with sound credit judgement, building and maintaining a portfolio of high-quality, profitable relationships consistent with the Banks strategic and Financial objectives.
• New Business Development of SBA commercial Loan Portfolio - Responsible for bringing deals through the approval and closing process working with the appropriate internal teams (loan operation, credit and underwriting, portfolio management.
• SBA Program Expertise - Candidate must posses a book of business with an existing broker network, have exceptional organizational and follow-through skills and perform a variety of duties to process SBA loans from application to closing.
• Compliance - oversee loan documentation preparation, quality control and due diligence to ensure that all loan operation functions follow bank policies, procedures and meet Federal and State regulatory standards.
