The Treasury Manager is responsible for the company's daily cash management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation. A key component of this role is serving as the primary administrator for all online bank portals. The manager will develop and maintain banking relationships, oversee cash flow, manage access controls for all bank accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of banking and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and reporting, optimizing the use of cash to meet the organization's financial obligations.
• Analyze cash flow forecasts to anticipate short-term funding needs and identify excess cash for potential investment.
• Review, approve, and process electronic payments, including wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check runs, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage bank account analysis statements, negotiating with banks to optimize service fees and interest earnings.

Education & Experience Required

Location : The preferred location for this role is either Durham, NC or Washington, DC. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.

Compensation : The salary range for the position is $100,000-$150,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
