JOB OVERVIEW : At Coton Colors Company, we believe in celebrating life’s moments through inspired design and meaningful storytelling. We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Associate to bring our brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing and Visual Design teams to create engaging content, write compelling captions, schedule posts, and analyze performance. If you’re a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for building community through social media, we’d love to meet you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to) :

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social posts with content and marketing plans, ensuring all social content reflects broader brand initiatives and maintains consistency across marketing channels
• Conceptualize and create original content using iPhone photography, videography, and in-platform tools (Reels, Stories, etc.)
• Request assets from the Design team when needed and ensure the creative aligns with post messaging and platform requirements
• Draft captions and post copy that reflect the brand’s tone, visual style, and campaign messaging
• Schedule and publish daily content using tools like Later, ensuring accuracy, visual alignment, and on-time execution
• Maintain consistent formatting, tagging, hashtag usage, and styling across all platforms
• Monitor comments, tags, and direct messages, responding or escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate teams
• Track content performance using platform analytics, compiling regular reports, and sharing actionable insights to inform future content planning
• Stay informed on social media trends, emerging platform tools, and best practices and proactively recommend new ideas or test opportunities
• Support experimentation with content formats, features, and publishing strategies across platforms

REQUIREMENTS :

Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
