Human Resources Analyst
This temporary role as an Hourly Personnel Coordinator involves supporting the Manager of Employee Relations. The position focuses on coordinating and managing transactions for hourly employees, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes. Responsibilities include : coordinating hourly transactions and tracking manpower planning using an internal database, inputting transactions for hourly records promptly and ensuring audit compliance, creating and maintaining personnel records, supporting the HR team at the Chicago Assembly Plant, assisting with the recruitment and hiring of hourly personnel as needed, onboarding new hire employees, creating personnel jackets and profiles, supporting manpower planning processes, including hiring, layoffs, and unemployment management, handling requests and inquiries from legal and retirement divisions, and fostering an inclusive work environment and culture, balancing employee advocacy with company goals and values.
Essential Skills : 5 years of advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables. Experience working with large amounts of data and data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications : Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment with daily interactions with union staff, hourly employees, and leadership. Experience with Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $36.36 - $36.36 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
