Job descriptionLeadership & Team Development : Hire, train, and mentor managers and staff. Build a positive, accountable culture centered on service excellence. Operational Management : Direct day-to-day operations, ensure safety and brand compliance, manage vendors and supplies, and resolve challenges quickly. Financial Performance : Oversee labor, food, and operating costs. Use performance metrics to boost revenue, optimize budgets, and execute promotions. Guest Satisfaction : Maintain exceptional service standards, address concerns with professionalism, and strengthen community ties through hospitality. Communication & Coordination : Keep clear communication lines with staff, vendors, HR, and senior leadership while encouraging teamwork and feedback. Adaptability & Growth : Lead effectively through change, address crises with composure, and shape strategies for ongoing improvement and innovation. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager (multi-unit experience is a plus) Strong track record of driving financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standards Ability to build guest loyalty through exceptional hospitality Proficiency in scheduling, forecasting, and use of restaurant management systems (POS, labor tools, inventory) Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience considered) ServSafe or other food safety certification is preferred Strong decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure High integrity and accountability Effective communication skills Great team-building skills that inspire, motivate, and engage employees
