Lead Billing Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Lead Billing Coordinator to join our Digital Finance Team, focusing on Digital Audio, Digital Video, and Audiology lines of business. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and sales teams while utilizing your exceptional critical thinking skills to resolve issues.

What You Will Do :

• Prepare and distribute monthly invoices to agencies for Digital Audio, Video, and Audiology.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly in collaboration with sales and / or agencies.
• Partner with the collections team to address billing issues and ensure payments are received.
• Respond to and resolve billing-related tickets in the Freshservice Ticketing system.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and agencies regarding all billing-related issues.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process and system enhancements.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Salary will be determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience and market alignment. Expected range is $19.78 - $27.20 per hour.
