Job Description
Generate prebills and ad-hoc reports as needed or on a scheduled basis (monthly, quarterly, or upon task completion). Support the editing and finalization of draft invoices in alignment with attorney or coordinator instructions and client billing guidelines. Provide updated commentary on unbilled fees and aged account balances for assigned client matters. Collaborate and cross-train with team members to ensure coverage and effective handling of attorney and client inquiries. Assist in preparing and submitting invoices through third-party e-billing platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Respond to incoming calls on the billing hotline, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages when necessary. Perform administrative tasks such as retrieving electronic documents, including expense receipts and invoice copies. Participate in testing and documenting new procedures and systems related to client account billing.
