Base pay range $100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000 annually (depending on experience)

About The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled UX / UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma and a passion for intuitive digital product design. As a key member of the Product and Design team, you'll help shape user experiences across SprintRay’s growing ecosystem—including IoT devices, cloud platforms, web portals, and CAD / CAM dental tools. Your work will directly influence the way dental professionals interact with our solutions, improving workflows that impact real lives.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for a designer who can operate autonomously, think strategically, and execute beautifully. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across departments to bring clarity and elegance to complex digital challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes based on user needs and business goals
• Own and evolve our Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Translate technical and clinical requirements into simple, elegant UI / UX designs
• Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and A / B testing to validate design decisions
• Create interactive prototypes and annotated specifications for developers
• Collaborate across teams to ensure design feasibility, proper implementation, and user-centric outcomes
• Communicate design rationale and user value clearly to stakeholders
• Maintain awareness of trends in UX, design tooling, and dental / med-tech software
