Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Construction Job Site Assistant to join our team and support Construction Manager in their daily job demands.
This role involves various tasks including clean-up, material running, light carpentry, general trade work, and miscellaneous laborious tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire the potential to grow into a Construction Manager position through demonstrated drive and dedication.
Company-provided vehicle and gas card. Tools and necessary equipment also provided.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform clean-up tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Run materials and supplies to job sites as needed
- Engage in light carpentry and general trade work under supervision
- Undertake miscellaneous laborious tasks as assigned
- Opportunity for skill development and advancement
Required Qualifications and Skills
- General experience in construction preferred but not required
- Strong desire to work, learn, and grow within the company
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable cell phone for communication
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
