What They’re Looking For :

Experience :  Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration—including formal and summary probate matters

Expertise :  Proficient in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and estate planning strategies involving tax and generational wealth

Credentials :  Active member of the Bar in good standing; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a strong plus

Client-Ready :  Confident managing matters independently, with a polished and compassionate client communication style
