Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at All Eco Design Center in Silver Spring, MD. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing ordering and receiving, and assisting with office administration and customer communication.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the remodeling / construction business administrative assistance and office administration
- Knowledge of office software, equipment and basic maintenance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer outreach
- Experience in the remodeling and design industry is a must
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
