Global TechPro is seeking a seasoned professional to provide leadership and oversight across complex programs, administrative services, and quality control functions. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in program management, risk oversight, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will ensure that USTDA’s operations and initiatives are executed with excellence, compliance, and efficiency, supporting the Agency’s mission to connect U.S. businesses with priority infrastructure projects in emerging markets. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, management, and supervision across USTDA programs and administrative functions. Oversee and ensure compliance with Quality Control Programs, maintaining accountability and performance standards. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to align with USTDA’s strategic objectives. Direct administrative services, including office management, records, HR support, and procurement activities. Analyze, design, and implement business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Develop and manage project plans, process maps, and risk management strategies related to timelines, costs, and compliance. Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to measure performance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure effective resource allocation. Provide on-site technical support for events, including troubleshooting AV equipment and ensuring seamless execution. Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, balancing competing deadlines in a fast-paced federal environment. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred. Demonstrated leadership, management, and supervisory skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proven experience in quality control oversight, project management, and administrative services. Proficiency with software tools for data analysis, financial management, and project management. Experience in risk management, budget oversight, and contractor personnel management. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Familiarity with federal contracting, compliance frameworks, and U.S. government administrative processes strongly preferred.
