About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for National Retail Accounts to spearhead the growth and development of key retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies across multiple retail channels, with a focus on both in-store and digital. This role demands a strategic leader who can set a vision, drive execution, and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure alignment and the achievement of revenue goals. The VP will also play a critical role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with major retailers, serving as the senior point of escalation, and leading the team in meeting budgeted performance metrics.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive sales or account management experience, with at least 5 years specifically leading Ulta, and Target or Walmart accounts. The role requires a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, a strong understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics, and excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at senior levels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of customer needs and the maximization of account growth.
