EHS Manager - Paper Center of Excellence

We're looking for an experienced EHS Manager, who is people-centered and a results-oriented leader to help us deliver the results we need to move our company and our customers forward. As the EHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees.

- Improve employee EHS training completion and comprehension rates

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience managing EHS issuesProven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environmentsStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigationEffective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systemsFamiliar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire preventionHolds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fieldsWork Schedule & Travel :
Initial schedule will be MondayFriday 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM. Will transition to 24 / 7 operations later this year; flexibility required.Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months / throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
