EHS Manager I
As the EHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees.

- Meet or exceed KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and service
- Reduce workplace incidents and workers' compensation claims
- Achieving successful internal and external audit outcomes
- Improve employee EHS training completion and comprehension rates
- Reduce EHS-related costs through prevention and process improvements

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience managing EHS issuesProven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environmentsStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigationEffective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systemsFamiliar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire preventionHolds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fieldsWork Schedule & Travel :
Continuous Operations Plant - work flexibility is requiredSome travel could be required for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday Friday.
