You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting user insights, conducting user testing, and providing actionable recommendations to improve our digital offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design thinking processes, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.

Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify the best methodology to meet the research goalsCraft test plans, workshop activities, and interview guides to conduct objective researchConduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and study designsDevelop and implement research plans, including recruiting participants, moderating sessions, and analyzing dataSynthesize research findings and communicate insights through compelling presentations and reportsContribute to the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other design artifactsConduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to find market trends and best practicesWork closely with designers and product managers to ensure user insights are incorporated throughout the product development lifecycleAdditional Primary ResponsibilitiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in design, psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field4+ years of experience working as a design researcher, as part of an agile teamProven experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products and services at all stages of developmentProficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodsFamiliarity with design thinking principles and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in research tools and software (e.
