Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and support route drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Route Optimization : Develop and adjust delivery routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring : Conduct regular ride-along’ s and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
• Customer Relations : Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all delivery operations adhere to company policies and DOT regulations, including vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Inventory Management : Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver performance, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $80,000-92,500K / year depending on experience
