Job description
A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist to provide client support and training in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries by identifying issues and providing troubleshooting assistance
Document client issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success
Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience
Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
Reliable internet service provider (ISP)
