Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing staff schedules and training new employees
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs
  • Managing inventory and supply chain
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :
