National Account Manager

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for client management and relationship building? Join us at City Wide Facility Solutions as a National Account Manager. In this role, you'll serve as the primary liaison for our key national accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will encompass leading quality control, monthly reporting, and fulfilling the daily needs of your assigned accounts while closely supporting our franchisees. Your ability to effectively communicate and address customer needs will be vital in representing our extensive range of facility solutions.

City Wide Franchise has been a cornerstone in the building maintenance sector for over 60 years, dedicated to providing exemplary service across the US and Canada. We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant work culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned national accounts
  • Achieve targets and key performance indicators as per the Master Service Agreement
  • Utilize CRM to manage client satisfaction and set financial objectives
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs
  • Coordinate inspections with Franchisees as required
  • Address client complaints through the company's CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with Franchisees to ensure that all client needs are met
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
