The Global Trading Team at DWS is a key part of the investment process and has a primary goal of achieving best execution results for the firm's clients. The team covers a wide range of products (across asset classes) and markets globally.

The individual will primarily focus on trading Municipal fixed income related securities for mutual funds, institutional accounts and ETFs.

Role Details :

As a Trader, you will :

• Execute portfolio manager generated Municipal bonds in compliance with trading procedures and portfolio guidelines
• Build relationships with the broker-dealer community to help facilitate improved execution, market intelligence, and provide support to the Muni desk
• Participate in internal meetings with Portfolio Managers and Research as part of the investment decision making process & support Head of Credit Trading in executing his / her goals
• Increase efficiency of execution services and help build automated solutions for the desk's processes and order flow
• Act as a culture carrier and foster successful relationships and interactions with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Audit

The salary range for this position in Boston is $104,000 to $173,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.

DWS' Hybrid Working model is designed to find the right balance between in-person collaboration and engagement in the office, which is core to our working culture, and working from home. Each business group varies on the split between time spent in the office and at home, but this will be discussed and made clear as part of your application and interview process. We will continue to review and evolve our working environments and methods to ensure that we are working in the best way possible for our people.
