The Vendor Change Management Team within Global Operations is a team whose mission is to enable Meta priorities through effective and customer-focused change management, providing guidance and seamless partnership with stakeholders and vendors. We are looking for a Program Manager who will work with internal and external stakeholders, advising the best strategy for managing supply and demand changes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects in support of our product and operations partners.
• Account for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations.
• Assist in the deployment of Gen AI-related initiatives within our organization, and also leverage AI to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support teams developing AI related products and features, coordinating readiness and launch activities across our operational processes and within our vendor tooling ecosystem.
• Focus on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with cross functional teams to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.
• Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way.
• Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes.
• Solve complex problems and embrace ambiguity to drive efficient and impactful solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations.
• Use basic SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision making processes.
• Travel internationally approximately 10 percent.
