Job Summary : The Coordinator, Insurance & Contracts supports the Category Managers and Front Store teams by ensuring all new vendors meet CVS Health's insurance and contractual requirements before placing products in front store locations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are detail-oriented and eager to learn about risk management and vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Category Managers and Front Store teams to facilitate the onboarding of new vendors.
• Ensure all new vendors have reviewed and completed the required Indemnification Agreement.
• Collect and review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from vendors to verify required coverages and limits are met.
• Utilize multiple systems, including Stibo, Riskonnect, and a dedicated email inbox, to communicate with vendors, track and manage documentation.
• Review and process vendor requests for exceptions to the Indemnification Agreement or COI requirements.
• Work with Legal and Risk Management colleagues to evaluate and determine the acceptability of requested edits or exceptions.
• Occasionally review COIs for events held at CVS Health locations to ensure vendors have appropriate coverage before entering the premises.

Pay Range :

The typical pay range for this role is : $17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
