Sales Applications / CRM Platforms Product Manager

Defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales applications / CRM platforms, ensuring tools empower sellers with actionable insights, next-best actions, and seamless workflows that enable efficient execution and measurable revenue growth.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM platforms, leveraging tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, MuleSoft, and APIs to enable secure, scalable, and data-driven sales operations
• Prioritize product roadmap and features in alignment with business and customer needs, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and data teams to design and implement integrations between CRM, data platforms, and marketing tools that enhance automation, reporting and analytics
• Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics through dashboards and analytics tools to guide product decisions and improvements
• Serve as the POC for business stakeholders, managing dependencies, sequencing, and release planning across Salesforce and connected systems
• Support product owners and analysts in backlog refinement and translation of business requirements into actionable user stories
• Communicate roadmap updates, performance outcomes, and key trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders
• Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
