Retail Training Specialist
A Retail Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs to field merchandisers to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories. This role involves conducting hands-on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers.
Responsibilities include :
- Delivering comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers.
- Traveling up to 75 miles within assigned territory.
- Conducting on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers.
- Training field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques.
- Providing hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits.
- Collaborating with field managers to identify training needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Updating training materials based on product changes.
- Supporting new product launches and store resets.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices.
- Fostering a positive learning environment among field merchandisers.
- Covering open territories executing client-specific work.
Requirements include :
