  • 5 years in call center / inside sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the brand, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. You’ll collaborate with sales professionals, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and support account and order processes.   • Responsibilities / Essential Duties Act as a liaison by managing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or live chat support
  • Ensure the best experience possible, regardless of the communication channel
