Position : Invoice Verification Auditor
Shift : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Pay : $17.50 - $19.00 / hour
Location : The company is based in Jacksonville, FL. This can be an on-site or remote position for local candidates. Will not consider candidates outside a 60 mile radius of Jacksonville.
All qualified candidates by be at least intermediate with Microsoft Excel
Job Overview of the Invoice Verification Auditor :
- Review, adjust, deny and approve invoices submitted by vendors.
- Review invoices submitted
- Meet production quota set by company
Job Qualifications of the Invoice Verification Auditor :
- An Associate’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook specifically excel a must!
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Provide clear, concise written responses to clients regarding invoices
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to learn new skills, processes and procedures.
