Company dedicated to exceptional service seeks a Customer Service candidate for a full-time permanent position in Raynham, MA.
Responsibilities of Customer Service :
- Provide support to sales executives
- Manage customer relations and expectations
- Assist with tasks and deliverables to vendor and customer logistics team
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in timely manner
- Distinguish and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide assistance and complete other administrative tasks as they are assigned
Requirements of Customer Service :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years previous experience in related field
- Superior attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Good computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
Hours : 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : $18.00-$20.00 / hr
