The Production Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising manufacturing operations. Ensure associates work in a safe environment. Motivate and coordinate associates to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives within the department. Responsible for overseeing department workflow, troubleshooting and resolving production problems. Develop and maintain a team environment which will work toward providing continuous improvement. Leads a staff of 50+ hourly associates.

3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience and Bachelor's degree preferred. High School diploma / equivalent and a minimum of 2 years manufacturing / leadership experience required. Possess technical skills related to the area of responsibility. Ability to read, write and speak English. Strong communications skills are essential.
