Customer Program Manager

A company is looking for a Customer Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple implementation projects across different product lines

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of business outcomes

Capture and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and manage the resolution of gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

8+ years of experience in project and program management, preferably in the healthcare software industry

Proven experience managing complex enterprise application implementation projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and practices

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
