Business Development Representative - Facilities

Must have experience working in the facilities management space (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position from anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate will be given qualified leads and trained on how to follow up and acquire new business from prospective customers through various channels including warm calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn. The right candidate will need to follow detailed instructions and training, work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is self-motivated. You will work closely with company leadership.

Proven track record of sales growth in a high volume B2B services company.
Strong networking, problem solving, negotiation skills needed.
Familiarity with Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be a self-starter and self-disciplined.
