Pay :

• Pay Range : $50.00 - $52.00 per skilled visit
• Start of Care (SOC) Rate : $120 - $150 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview :

We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will visit our clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.
