Enhanced Case Management Coordinator

A company is looking for an Enhanced Case Management Coordinator III.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for medical management products

Document all member engagement accurately in the CRM system

Manage escalated case management questions and collaborate with vendor partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

3-5 years of administrative support experience required

Experience in patient-provider engagement or care coordination preferred

Understanding of medical terminology and basic benefit plan design

Strong analytical skills
