If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Front of House Supervisor!

Expected Rate of pay : $16-$18 / hour; depending on your experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff to provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front of house operations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of service

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
