The Production team ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the Game of the Year quality bar that Insomniac is known for. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with AAA game development, working directly with producers and project managers to learn how large-scale creative projects come to life.

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the Production team in tracking progress, coordinating milestones, and improving workflows. You'll learn how production teams operate within a major game studio, gaining insight into scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery. This role is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and learning how creative and technical teams work together to ship world-class games.

What You'll Do

• Analyze task assignments to ensure work is achievable within established milestones
• Review task progress and remaining work to help keep milestones on schedule
• Collaborate with people managers to ensure team members are engaged and aligned with project tracking
• Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, tools, and collaboration; escalate issues when necessary based on urgency and complexity
• Update project roadmaps and communicate changes in alignment with mid- and senior-level project managers

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

Intern Pay Range $33.25 - $40 USD
