Key Responsibilities Supervise and develop the Senior Client Manager and Client Manager team Provide strategic leadership to maintain and grow business relationships with large health plans and ancillary carrier accounts Lead the implementation process for renewals and new sales, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are communicated effectively Required Qualifications Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Over ten years of experience in account management, customer service, or healthcare strategic planning Five years of supervisory or management experience Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, dental, or vision care industry Proficient in interpreting legal documents and skilled in Excel and data analysis
