This is a paid apprenticeship designed for individuals who want to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into skilled roofing professionals.

What You'll Do

• Assist skilled roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance of historic slate, clay-tile, and copper roofs
• Handle materials, tools, and job site setup safely and efficiently
• Learn roofing techniques, safety procedures, and craftsmanship skills
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Support the team on historic preservation projects
